How It Works
You Design It in the Browser
The configurator is a real parametric CAD tool, not a form. Build your fitting from segments and features — pipe threads, hose barbs, hex bodies, hollow flow paths, gasket seats — and watch a proper engineering drawing update as you go. Start from a template on the home page or from a blank part.
A Person Reviews Every Part
When you request a quote, your part lands in front of the person who will print it. They check the things a form can't: will this thread engage, will that wall hold, does the flow path make sense. Then you get a quote — typically within 1 business day — as a link with the price and a committed lead time.
Printed to Order
Accept the quote, check out, and your part joins the print queue; it ships by the date on your quote. Your drawing, STEP file, and full spec stay saved with the order, so a reorder — or a tweak — is minutes, not a redesign.
Why Printed Fittings
Because the fitting you actually need is so often the one nobody stocks: a barb that matches your tubing on one end and your machine's thread on the other, at the length that clears the bracket. Printing to order means the catalog is whatever you can configure.
